These are fast-paced, stressful times, where we constantly feel under pressure to perform and act.
 

We offer classes that focus on listening to YOUR INNER VOICE and your body, rather than pushing, straining, or as we commonly say "working hard."

Yoga classes offers people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels an activity that can significantly improve one's physical, mental and emotional health. Research shows that a consistent yoga practice improves fitness, stimulates the metabolism, promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety.

Open Door Yoga offers two types of classes:  hatha yoga classes which make up the majority of the classes and power yoga classes.

A small, cozy space holding a maximum of 20 ensures students receive attention and guidance from the friendly and professional teachers.
